Cons
Salary is very very less. Work pressure is very high, Company has its own framework/tool which is worst and employees gets to work on that framework/tool which has zero value outside the company so the over all growth would be zero. 1. Career growth is zero (As you gain experience in the company you will gain the experience in company's framework and tools and for the outside world you will be having zero exp. If you work there for 2-3 years or more then it will be very difficult to change the company because you will not be having any knowledge to clear the interview of other company and you will not get time to learn other skills for career growth) 2. Extreme work pressure (They put the entire project support load on 1-2 persons mostly freshers) 3. Financial growth is very less (Starting salary is very less and the hike would be very less) So there is no point of joining Maventic until you have lost all your hopes. So if you have even a 1% hope I would not recommend to join.
