Salesforce Developer - Contract to Hire-Took care of everything. - Salesforce Developer MavTech Solutions Employee Review

I have work for MavTech for the past 17 months as a Java Developer contractor and have found them to be very responsive to my needs and request. They are a very professional organization and I would recommend them to anyone seeking contract employment. They are never late on payment. Competitive rates. They don't keep big margin like other IT Staffing keeps in their pocket.

The only downside that I can think of as far as working for MavTech in a contractor's role is that you are usually not considered as part of the team at your client sites. This is really more of an observation about contracting in general as opposed to anything to do with MavTech its self.

I have worked with them for State project in Frankfort KY. I worked with them for almost 2 year and lost my job this month due to budget cut in state. They have lot of consultants placed in state. Process is very fast. I got interview call within 2 days of my submission and decision within same day of my interview. Paperwork was very easy. They don't have big contract like other staffing firm. They connected me with other consultants who are already there and helped me in finding accommodation. They are now helping me to get job at other clients. I have already interviewed and hoping for offer soon.

The pay was not high but it is because of state project and cost of living is less here in Frankfort as compared to other places.
