If you are white you have privilege because you can come late and you can go earlier with out problem also never give you drug test even some foremen's are drinking on job site if you background is bad you cover because they don't care about you background If you are nott certified to get in any piece of equipment don't worry because the company never check if you are certified or not even we don't have safety plan on site and SDS on site to much paper work to carry all times .

Bad reputation on pay checks no money when you try to cashed your check . few cashed places refused to cashed because they know the company give bounce checks . We don't use equipment like other trade because we used they equipment you have to bring you own ladder because the company don't provide . Anything no Benefits No benefits they treated you like slaves in 21st century You are not aloud to used the phone to get emergency calls from family members .

Good place to find out there's a lot better out there. There was always local work, and they let you use the bathroom sometimes.

Bad management, unprofessional field superintendents, the majority of field co-workers uncontent. I got unfairly fired just to intimidate the other field guys to work harder. I saw it happen regularly to other guys as well. The only reason anyone stays is because they bid really cheap, and keeps steady work coming. They focus on bullying into working harder in hopes for job to make money. The pay is really bad.
