Micro-Management , Constantly being threatened - Scheduler Matrix Health Employee Review

Newer company with allot of flaws. Management is not trained very well. Micro-management, constantly being threatened to works days which I am off. If you are not best friends with supervisors you are not going to be getting any time off/ and get wrote up for very minor things such as asking why do we do it this way? So you can perform your job better. This is a very hostile work environment and every day when you leave work, you are afraid of loosing your job over nonsense. In my position, if you do not do what you are told exactly that, then you will get wrote up. Management will not accept advice for improvement. Cannot go to HR otherwise your job is threatened even though they have a no retaliation policy. The company values are pretty pathetic .This is by far the absolutely worst company I have worked for!
