Absolutely dreadful - Teacher Matchbook Learning Employee Review

Some of the worst leadership I’ve ever worked under. I give their handling of COVID an F. Kept the teachers in the dark about their plans, lied to us about the amount of cases they’ve had, no support when getting kids tested in order to stay open because they would have less positives, forced teachers to pressure parents to force their kids back to in-person instruction so they wouldn’t lose money, and acted like they were listening to our concerns only to actively work against those concerns the next day. DO NOT WORK HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE VALUED AS A PROFESSIONAL!
