Pros

None really. The cons far outweigh the pros as there are no pros. See the cons below for a real overview of this company.

Cons

One of the worst offices I have come to witness in my life. The office is downright disgusting with broken appliances, outdated interviewing stations, dirty and ripped out carpet tiles. Management is abusive, abrasive and abhorrent making the morale of the place awful. Targets are ridiculous and a lot of pressure is put on supervisors to achieve them. Upper management abuses the staff verbally making a point to publicly ridicule anyone, practices on the verge of illegality. Numerous projects dropped or prioritized at the whim of the management as targets are unattainable with clients dropping the company when they realize the delivery will always be late and how unprofessionally this place is run. The interviewing staff is treated like commodities and turn against each other/supervisors/management in a very catty manner. Many young people/students so a very immature environment. Lies from everyone. It's not unheard of that bogus data has been delivered to clients... Someone needs to report this place as soon as possible (but everyone is too scared to do anything as a culture of fear is enforced)
