Cons
As a temp, you are often called in last minute for the next day or same day, a few days a week or a few days a month depending on needs and events. This might not suit you if you are looking for a regular gig or need advance notice.
The rest of the office keeps regular hours.
Temping is hourly paid and does not come with benefits. Other jobs at MPP come with good benefits.
