- the pay is terrible, literally anywhere else is better and they refuse to address this - sr dev starts at $80k, staff at $110k, principal at $130k - CTO is clueless and extremely toxic, he talks behind peoples' backs and is going to run the company into the ground - toxic work culture, pressured to work long hours, weekends and late nights (they call it "high performance culture") with absolutely no recognition or benefit of doing so - constant team restructuring, no one in management knows what they're doing
