      plenty of opportunity for progression if you work hard, good support network from colleagues. Forever changing company always keeping up with the fashion trends.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
