Nothing to complain about it

It's a fulfilling opportunity to give back to the community, helping the food bank get food to people in need. Most people who work there are very kind.

The CEO is very dedicated to the cause and does a lot of good in the community. However, her management style made this an extraordinarily stressful work environment. Communication was rushed, there was no patience for questions, and then you were treated like an idiot if you didn't understand or needed help. She would often change what she said from one day to the next and gaslight you. She yelled and belittled people; people walked on eggshells around her. It was also difficult to get time off to care for yourself or your family. Turnover rate is understandably high.
