      Employee-owned, mid-size defense consulting/engineering company. Great health benefits, 401k match, and Employee Stock Ownership Program contributions for additional retirement benefits.

      Still maturing into in its larger size from a small business mindset.

      Great company, great benefits, and great senior leadership support and management of company

      MTSI has several large hub locations (i.e. Alabama, Ohio, Florida, etc), but I wish they were in more locations.
