Pros
Co-workers are great and stick together for support... You could make some life long friends for sure.
Cons
The "Beware" review is 100% right, spot on! I have the same things to say about MPOWER. It is incredible how a company can be so abusive and manipulative but blame all their short-comings on the staff. It's them, not the staff. They talk about fixing the culture, well it will never be fixed because the culture starts at the top... That's why there is so much turn over; they fire people or demote them, make them inferior to the point that the person quits on their own. Myself and my friends suffered and have PTSD from how they were treated. For management, loyalty is not a thing there, but you are expected to be loyal to them and be their pawn and asked to be unethical and turn on your co-workers/friends. The other review mentions they make up things to put in your file. This is 100% true; I personally was pressured to sign written statements management wrote that either twisted my words or were straight up not true. I know many of my other co-workers had to do the same because we all talked about it afterwards. The non-compete is their golden ticket they keep in their back pocket to screw you over and threaten you. When people leave they aren't leaving with grand ideas to compete against MPOWER. They just want to move on with their lives. The non-compete really screws you out of finding work and since you will most likely be fired or quit early on you should do yourself a favor and not sign it. It's not worth the anxiety and stress of you know, supporting your family and buying food or being stuck a job that you hate. When staff and prized doctor last a year or a few months or even a few weeks it's not them; its the company. They always talk about hiring great people, they totally do hire great people, and then turn them into shells of human beings full of resentment and anger. We've all gone on with our lives but so many people have been hurt or are still being hurt that we are standing up and saying run! On the outside it's a great concept, really nice state-of-art facilities but on the inside it is toxic. When you have to be told to say hi to upper management or you'll get written up, instead of just wanting to hi, you know it's bad.
