Pros
I've been there for a few months now and haven't experienced any of the negative stuff people seem to say before working there. Everyone seems to be considerate, working hours seem to be pretty reasonable and I've never been asked to stay late against my will. Lovely working environment, seem to treat their staff well too.
Cons
We finish quite late in relation to the 'average' office day of 9-5, maybe that's just industry though.
