- Relaxed environment - Having a gym really close - It might be good to project you to other better companies in the business - At the time, very good camaraderie (although decreasing in the latest times due to Management divide and conquer tactics) - Time flexibility
Cons
- Low salary - Lack of mentoring/comunication from senior management - Lack of quality on the software provided - No career progression - No bonuses - A CEO with Asperger, and CTO that although intelligent is unfortunately living in his own version of reality. - All the experienced developers left the company, so you will not find any good mentoring there. - HR? What HR? - Management is only interested in having huge paychecks and riding Mercedes at the end of the month and doesn't care about other people raises. - Somewhat pretty applications on the outside, but a mess in the inside. - Lack of vision from Management.
