Pros
Great company, good management, good industry
Cons
Very globally based, coworkers can be in different time zones
Depending on the day, the work could be fairly effortless.
Cons
Many times, the work load was unreasonable. The manager of the filter department could be difficult to work alongside at times as he had a bad temper. Coworkers were generally helpful and easygoing. The compensation was not commensurate to the demanding and multifaceted nature of the job. Overall, not a company I would recommend working at.
