      Pros

      The co-workers are the best. I wish upper management would see this in their employees. Instead, employees are laid off or fired. Employees walk on egg shells.

      Cons

      The owners micro manage everything. We have meetings for the meetings. They don't give raises or reviews often but give pay cuts. Company is run on emotional feelings and nothing is rational. We have parties when we are on pay cuts.

      All the elements for a fruitful marketing career are here – creative freedom, dynamic industry, global market. You will really thrive in this environment. The company is very flexible when it comes to schedule and will work around employees’ strengths. They uphold the well-being of employees above all and will adjust to where we are most productive. Compensation and benefits are above industry level.

      You must have some scientific background to appreciate our products. Other than that, no cons to mention.
