Cons
The only negative is the time needed to onboard due to security checks that can range between 2/4 weeks for basics security and 2/6 months for enhanced security levels which for a candidate who is unemployed can be the difference between accepting or declining a job offer . Whilst a absolute necessity and fully understandable it can be daunting.
