I Joined MBDA in December 2025 and its been an excellent start. The company resources and scale are impressive and I have learnt something new everyday. The onboarding and induction process is smooth and welcoming. There is a lot to get through in the induction process but it helps understand the company culture. From day one it is clear MBDA invest in people. Training opportunities ae top-notch. You can deepen your expertise or branch out into new areas or those softer skills. There are plenty of tools to support your professional development and the Learning and development team are really helpful. My Team manager is really supportive, approachable and genuinely cares about my growth within the business. I have clear direct, but also given autonomy to do my job. A very positive working environment. I work with talented, collaborative and friendly people. Going to work is enjoyable. If you want to work in a place where you can build a career, learn and work with amazing teams , I highly recommend MBDA
