- Interesting industry, not a lot of other companies doing what we do - Able to focus on core work and projects, not a lot of politics - Work/Life Balance excellent - Very nice culture, amazing and intelligent people, frequent events
Cons
Since it's a smaller company not as much room for movement as bigger ones, but they do invest in employee improvement
