      - Great company to work for, with a unique view - CEO is humble and innovative with genuine care of his employees - Overall very welcoming and understanding company!

      Cons

      - Exit interview hardly takes place, maybe understanding why some people leave might help you improve that little bit, instead of dismissing them as just bad eggs

      Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. We appreciate your view around the MAPP structures. We have been communicating regularly about how we are evolving and changing. We have monthly Townhalls and 60 Minutes from our CEO (Nigel) every 6 months (sometimes more often). We have been growing consistently for over the last 7 years and that means that the structure has to evolve and change.
