Pros
Bonuses, 20% discount to live on property( even though that's not really a lot considering how high rent is but better than nothing), ok pay, 401 K starts early
Cons
The office staff is not organized on property and micromanaged the maintenance staff, only one working golf cart so you have to drive your own car which they reimburse you for but can cause the maintenance team to slow down work productivity, rush you to get apartments ready while you also have to get work orders done, no paid time off until 6 MONTHS, Medical benefits don't start until 3 months
