Pros
Small teams so very “hands on”. But honestly nothing. Wish I could say free clothes or items but even that would be a lie Wish I could also say working for an awesome company but everything bts is fake and not so whimsical and dreamy after all
Cons
Expected to work crazy hours & do tasks that aren’t in your area for FREE. The people are just plainly rude & so disorganized. Been at so many fashion companies and this one felt like a mean sorority. Everyone looks the same, so much favoritism and interns are taken advantage of. A former intern (who is now an influencer) even mentioned how horrible her experience was here on her podcast- didn’t believe it until I experienced. Interns are unpaid, so are all expenses. Higher ups and CEOs treat them poorly, aren’t willing to be a good example and teach. Every other place I worked had a CEO/manager that was a role model or acknowledged their assistant’s existence, even if they were noteworthy and busy CEOs. People I have crossed paths with who worked here all have similar experiences :(
