      - Advancement - High pay - Easy to get time off - As much, or as little, travel for work is possible

      Cons

      - Poor culture in sales dept - Unilateral decisions by upper management with no input from sales dept re: HUGE changes in commissions - Low level of job security - Salespeople are NEVER seen as important as the software engineers

      Pros

      The people there are great to work with. The motivation and growth is constantly being evaluated and "how do we do better" is top of mind.

      Cons

      It does feel like there is lack of direction at time. Talk and no action. I wish we could put in a clear path and stick to it for a year, and adjust as needed.

      Invoices are not paid and emails are ignored. DO NOT FREELANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
