      Depends on the program and management/leadership. Interesting work can be found. Remote Work opportunities.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership on the EO. Perpetuated by constant reorgs that only stir up and lay off the Engineers, while leaving inept and poor vision mid level leadership and directors in place. Very buddy club. More about who you know than what you know. Lost considerable technical leadership past few years due to this nepotism and buddy club at the leadership level.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
