Job security is lost with mobility. work environment is the corporate cube village with no windows. limited access to good food resources. Plant/campus layout is dis organized. One may have to walk across the campus many times to get needed resources or attend meetings. Engineers must divert time from project goals to fix organizational failures in facilities' maintenance and materials procurement. Shops have limited access due to union labor rules. engineers unions exist in some divisions. Training for ethics and team values is condescending and juvenile.
