Cons
No degree = Trash pay. Military experience, security clearance... does not effect your worth to the company. I'm serious, no one cares about your military background or security clearance. Only way to climb in this company is to spend a life time there or get a degree in anything an get a salary job doing half or less work than those without a degree and getting paid twice as much.
