      Hybrid work setup. Free lunch every Thursday.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Employees literally stays in the office until 4 AM. Expects you to know everything even you are newly hired. Leaders are sometimes too personal. Wants you to do the job ASAP, but the company is lacking on processes and structure.
