Poor pay, poor management, poor communication, poor work life balance, lack of respect for other teams. Steer clear. Just as an example, within the first week of working there they held a meeting to "boost moral" and find out what could make a better work environment. The developer team asked to not get treated like trash daily. Yes that was actually said. This was addressed with spaghetti Wednesdays...talk about pathetic. And they treatment got even worse almost like retaliation. Another example would be an accounting error causes by the system due to them not using proper accounting practices. It was a constant complaint by users and causes many tech support calls. They have a literal accountant on the team to told us what what wrong and how it could be fixed. She was reprimanded, we were also told to stop wasting other teams time with these questions. Communication, respecting knowledge of team members, and utilizing our resources are a waste of time to them apparently. In reality the only waste of time is applying for any position with this dead end company. Leaving was the best part of my employment. Steer clear.
