Pros

Great people, great office, great atmosphere

Cons

The company has been cutting their sales people's pay for over 18 months now (yes, every time your quota goes up, this is effectively a pay cut). Unreasonable quota increases (40% increase in 60 days), quotas that change every single month for the past 24 months, expectations that increase out of nowhere and with no good reason (in the past a 30% close rate was considered incredible - all of a sudden one day they decided 41% was the new norm without any actual reasoning). This company has gone against every core value they currently preach, which were the exact core values that made them the best place to work 4-6 years ago. It is a completely different company, in a negative way. Barely recognizable.

Pros

Flexible hours, unlimited PTO, in a position to really grow after a few really rough years.

Cons

Too many "yes" people near the top. VPs and directors want certain things done that they assume it will get done even if you show them hard evidence that it's not possible. If you give them a time line, they assume you can do it In half the time which is not how I work. Also there is a lot of " the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"
