    Pros

    Fully remote Some flexibility with scheduling Lots of support especially for new hires great / paid clinical training

    Cons

    No physical office to go to if you do have an issue, you'd have to solely rely on email or contacting someone via phone which can be annoying at times shift bids are based on seniority so new hires get stuck with the less desirable schedules when they first start off, however there's some flexibility as you can trade your shift & pick up shifts
