Pros
Great learning experience, really good SQL training, great summer job, you leave your job at work
Cons
Old technology, massive system that is hard to learn and you mostly learn it on the go and sometimes you get scolded for not knowing something that nobody has ever told you, extremelly stingy and penny pinching, very low salaries for what they ask for you on the interview, one person gets sent for education and then that person presents what they've learnt on the seminar to the entire company, company is in the mix of bussiness space and house appartment, you have to do fixes that are always urgent, overtime isn't compensated financially and you get free time for 1 day if you've collected 16 hours overtime, no bonuses and you don't feel like you have any benefits, your break lasts 30min to the second and if you stay any longer you have to work extra hours to cover the loss, you get frowned upon if you leave for hoilday and you reassign your tickets to other colleagues (that arrived today and need a few days of fixing)
