      Pros

      Learn a lot with Cisco environment's and the upper upper leadership is very nice. Work life balance was great, maybe one of the best I've seen.

      Cons

      Mid tier leadership could be better. More of just the caring of customers could be better. Not everything has to be about charging clients.
