      Pros

      It was so easy to buy into the culture of Levelset. Everyone had something to contribute, and we all worked towards a common goal. I loved working with everyone from there.

      A couple of downsides was the salary range and no clear career pathing

      They had good snacks in the office

      It was a toxic work environment. At least the finance department was.
