Lots of secrets in senior leadership. Everyone seems to be running around like headless chickens and no one truly supports one another. Very inefficient company led by yes men who are working outside of their qualifications. Everything is pushed top down as a good idea but senior management has no idea how to execute. The CEO may have started the company with his right hand men but it’s time for a new group to take the lead if they want to succeed. If you’re offered a role here, it’s better to stay away.
