Easy, slow-paced job with an unpleasant manager - Designer Legrand Employee Review

Low pay and mediocre benefits. Working with people around the world means communication can be slow or nonexistent. Projects also move slowly. Manager is difficult to reach unless they need something from me. Manager is often curt, condescending, and overly critical. I never felt like I was doing good work even while getting praise from other teams. My manager gets all the credit for most of the projects I work on.
