Management are unprofessional and bullies Often they have their 'flavour of the week' when it's your time works great. When they move on to someone else, work is awful High staff turnover in all areas of the business Management start new business ventures all the time with little thought or planning. They hire new staff, then when the business falls flat, they blame the staff and fire them Very little training and support and management are incredibly impatient so will not help even if you ask for it It's very much a 'boys club'. If you play golf and join them down the pub a few nights a week then you can pretty much do as you please and treat all other staff however you see fit
