Pros

I feel extremely lucky to be part of the Landmark Recovery organization. Being in the field of substance abuse and getting clients into treatment at the lowest point in their life is heartbreaking. Landmark has a dynamic and caring team. Every aspect of Landmark is looking out for the clients best interest and getting the help they need when they need it. ALL of the staff are compassionate. This starts with the admission team right down to the individuals that are working the floor 24/7 with clients. Landmark's vision and mission is something that I can stand behind and support 100%. This is great working environment along with the fact that the company knows the importance of family and the time with your family so you never have to feel like work is the be all of everything. Landmark understands the importance of family time and encourages this with the employees. I have been in this field for a long time and this is the best that I have worked for. I consider myself as finding a career with the company and not just a job.

Cons

I have not had any issues with the company. I find that the staff go above and beyond what is needed or expected of them.

Pros

Presented with great benefits and work culture upon starting. Noble mission.

Cons

Upon being in the main office, the environment was not what it appeared. Higher-ups would get upset and start yelling or cussing throughout the floor. Staff walked on egg shells. Then they pulled amenities from the office. Then came the mass layoffs. Lack of security in your role. If you weren't friends with the right people, you were out first. Even if you were doing your work, that wasn't enough to secure a spot. Also pay consistency issues where checks were delayed despite working your hours. High stress and poor communication on where people stood. I wouldn't recommend.
