Family ran business that is built on it's people and relationships. Forward thinking, always trying to find a better way. Size of the business means there are an array of different roles and opportunities available. Opportunity to travel around the UK to different offices and sites, rarely is a role solely based in one office with no chance to visit other locations or travel. Chance to be part of exciting construction projects that impact society and change people's lives!
Cons
When site based the potentially long hours, but this is typical of the industry and something the company is trying to deal with. Often required to travel to where the projects are, sometimes requiring you to lodge away (this can also be a pro though as you're not stuck working in the same location forever).
