My co worker Shivani. She was amazing!

Mislead in the interview, toxic management, 3 DAYS PTO, lied to about shift I could work too Toxic work environment driven by the owner himself! No HR department or formal process for onboarding, documentation, or separation the onboarding took a month because of the company they use and even then the communication with them during the onboarding was poor. The employees are overworked and under paid. The HR specialist and the proctor for the exams. Her and the IT person expressed how they have to wear many hats there and seemed exhausted! I was terminated over the phone shortly after being hospitalized, with no paperwork or follow-up. I never got a call from Stepahnie or any management checking on me or acting like they actually cared! When I asked for a termination letter, I was lied to about the person’s identity and still never received it Owner is condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional, especially toward women and anyone who questions his outdated views I witnessed the owner try to discredit one of his own team members, saying “she doesn’t know anything about IT” simply because she had only been there a year, even after I defended her performance No respect for employee well-being or life circumstances, and no job security whatsoever! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. THE RED FLAGS WERE THERE AND I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!
