The company is good, a lot of nice and friendly people. Good for someone who wants to learn and gain experiences.

It is definitely a challenge to work with a QC Director who always creates road blocks, rude, and nasty to people. Unless you are a "Yes" to everything type of person then you'd get promoted. You don't even need any type of skills to be qualified for a promotion, just "Yes" to everything, even if it's wrong. It is very frustrating to work with someone who has no knowledge of the job. Everything is being covered up in some way, there's no point of complaining. The people who work hard continues to work hard, and the lazy ones are always lazy. The supervisor is so incompetent, not willing to learn, never make an effort to help the team, and always have a nasty attitude. Favoritism plays a big role in QC and maybe in some other departments as well.
