Pros
It is less stressful than being a regular developer working as a support engineer because you don't have to worry about writing code the next day. However, some days it can get quite busy with cases.
Cons
LTIMindtree does not treat it's emplyoees with respect. Alot of people in the company hate the company but are staying because of market conditions and are waiting leave as soon as they can. At one point someone in Management (Shai) proposed we do not eat at our desk, do not bring our gym bags if they can't fit in the tiny locker. They act as if they are providing jobs really they are just the middle man from the main customer Microsoft. Microsoft is probably paying around +120k Cad per engineer and they take a massive chuck out of that and give 65k-70k or at most 85k to the Engineers. Feels like they are just stealing my money when I am doing all the work, and they don't respect the employees.
