      None come to mind, unfortunately.

      Cons

      Minimal Training No regular touch bases with my manager No constructive feedback Coworkers who only cared about what free food was available that day No structured work assignments, did not care if associated sat around and did nothing for 8 hours a day. Inadequate pay Watch out for their 90 day performance evaluation , which they won't let you know about up front.

      Pros

      Modern Offices, Good Core Values, Genuine goal to provide value to customers while keeping good & healthy customer relationships at top of mind. Fin/Acct department has good motivation to work hard to get things done right & timely, while remaining flexible with their team members schedules/needs.

      Cons

      The tools at our use are dated and can provide inefficiencies. Relationships between some departments seem blurred or separated when it comes to certain topics or events.
