the major part consists of good young team with a lot of spirit to change the rule of the game in the world.
Cons
the leadership team is not that generous it seems to be to the world, the feedback cultur is zero you can not develop your skills if you don´t get any courses minimum payment for high risk areas to deliver the services and to maximize profit in germany
