flat hierarchies, international work environment, meaningful business model to work for, great colleagues, open-minded management and chance to contribute and shape the company (if you are self-driven, have reasonable arguments and are willing to)
Cons
lack of structure, a bit of chaos, strategy not always clear. It is a fast grown company, one has to be clear what that means and should not expect everything to be running well.
