Small team so easy to communicate with accounting, regional manager, etc. Was also great to work at multiple locations

Not many cons at all

Small company in the US and they had boutique stores in NYC so I had immediate contact with district manager, marketing team, accountant, etc. Everyone was super nice and they even let me work for events that featured their tea. Their tea is also pretty easy to sell because of presentation and taste. We also held public events in the store. I enjoyed working store events as well

Not much cons, I was excited when they promoted me :)
