Expensive Benefits Management is very pushy and rude, all they care about is production. Quantity over quality. Didn't even give me a full 3 months to ramp up on productivity on a specialty I was not familiar with. I was terminated and was yelled at by management which made me feel incompetent. I was put to work on a specialty I was not familiar with, with minimal help/training and expected to meet production on a system that was not coder friendly. Found out later through other that worked for them that they are notorious for terminating employees unprofessionally. They promote flexibility, transparency and no micromanaging but do the exact opposite.
