Pros
Before and After school work allowed me to attend college full time. Tuition reimbursement programs help make college more affordable. The children are the best. Summer employment is guaranteed.
Cons
The pay is horrendous. Cuts to food and supply budgets make running the site very difficult. No prep time is given for lesson plans.
