      Pros

      I started my journey as an entry level Asst Trainer and 10 years on I now head the European Region based in London. This organisation respects hard work and commitment and if you are willing to take up the challenge the rewards follow soon.

      Cons

      I don't think its a "Con" but we should invest a bit more in employee skill development

      Head of the Americas was great, flexible office/wfh time

      Cons

      company HQ was in Delhi so made meetings difficult
