You're just a number to them - Engineer Knight Point Systems Employee Review

Portray a family environment, but when you aren't doing what they want you to do of them, you're just a number even if you do great work outside of work environment(Like volunteer work with the company). The CEO is a great man. He takes time and shows that he cares, however some of the other members of management do not care. and it shows. I was told from a former team member that he was let go while on short term disability. For a company that exclaims that they care about their employees this is not what you do to an employee that does a good job. After hearing about this I would not recommend this company to anyone.
