      There are no "pros" for this company.

      Cons

      Terrible management. They hire and fire at will. They give no reviews or recent, just fire people. In the six months I worked there they fired 20 people and there are only 35 full time employees in this company. The owner is psycho. It's a family run operation - everyone seems to be related. The culture and moral are horrible. The profanity at this company runs rampant. Do not work for this company!

      We welcome reviews, but noticed this reviewer must have written this review on the wrong company. Kiran Analytics (KAI) is a software product company located in San Diego. We do not have a location in Kansas and we are very proud of our culture and morale as evidenced by our very low turnover. This review was meant for "Kansas Asphalt, Inc." (which also goes by KAI) located in Bucyrus, KS.

      Pros

      Good pay for contract work. You get to travel. You get to meet exectuve leaderships of different banks.

      Cons

      You never know where there's projects and income inconsistent. Hard to make this a full time gig

      Pros

      Absolutely wonderful group of people. Kind, understanding, informative. This is my first time doing a short term (4 week) contract with them and I have no complaints. Would absolutely work with them again if I was afforded the opportunity.

      Cons

      This isn't a con, but more of a warning: you will travel! I have NO problem with them but I have heard of people signing on and then being surprised they would be gone. They hit nothing and stated it all up front. Pay attention.
